I had a lovely time at the hotel, particularly enjoying the easy access to Sandton Central Park, just about 500 meters away, and the vibrant Sandton City Mall, which was less than a 5-minute walk. the staff were incredibly welcoming and truly made my single stay memorable, offering warm service that I haven't often experienced while traveling.

During my stay, I experienced noise disturbances from the pool area that made relaxing difficult, especially late at night. One night, I had to call reception multiple times about breakfast service, which felt disorganized and left me wondering about the overall efficiency. Additionally, some of the electrical outlets in the room were non-functional, creating minor inconveniences during my stay. These aspects might not annoy everyone but were noticeable enough for me.

Absolutely loved the hotel’s security and the easy access to the mall. The spacious rooms were a bonus, perfect for two couples with kids.

In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast area could be better organized, especially during peak hours. It would be great to have a more efficient system for families with children.
